El Silencio's Walking on Sunshine 'TUCKER' Meet Tucker, our distinguished Standard Poodle sire who celebrated his 2nd birthday on July 11, 2023. Cloaked in a striking Black Phantom coat that radiates with an intensity of 9/10, he's a vision of elegance and beauty in the world of Standard Poodles. But his allure doesn't just stop at his appearance; Tucker carries genes for Red, Brown, and Parti, enriching the genetic palette he offers. Health is a top priority, and Tucker stands tall with clear results from Embark testing. A proud bearer of OFA Good hips and Normal elbows, he's on the cusp of obtaining his OFA CHIC number, further cementing his status as a top-tier sire. Weighing in at a fit 47 pounds, Tucker boasts a friendly and outgoing personality. He's the life of the canine party, mingling seamlessly with other dogs. But it's not just his good looks and charm that make him special. Tucker consistently passes on his remarkable attributes to his progeny, creating offspring that are a blend of health, beauty, and temperament. This makes them a hot commodity, not only for families seeking the perfect pet but also for breeders on the hunt for exceptional lineage. Speaking of lineage, Tucker's sire was an exquisite import from Canada, giving him a unique genetic heritage that sets him apart from most Phantoms in the USA. As a result, Tucker's puppies are in high demand and are treasured as rare gems in the world of Standard Poodles. In short, Tucker is more than just a dog; he's a legacy. And we're proud to have him as a cornerstone of our breeding program. "Greetings from the North Sea" litter Inspired by the North Sea This litter’s names are a tribute to Wilhelmshaven, Germany — the place where I was born and raised. Each name was inspired by something that makes the North Sea coast feel like home: the Wattenmeer, the sea life, the beach treasures, and those unmistakably North German words and traditions. Together, they represent a little piece of Wilhelmshaven and my Heimat, carried all the way to El Silencio Standard Poodles in West Virginia USA! Please welcome Ally's dual sired babies. She gave birth to 3 beautiful girls and 5 handsome boys on the 25th of September 2026! These puppies will be of high intensity between 8-10/10 Why we chose dual sires......keep reading below! Why We Chose a Multi-Sire Breeding At **El Silencio Standard Poodles**, every breeding decision is carefully planned with the health, temperament and future of our puppies in mind. For Ally's breeding, we intentionally chose to breed her to **two carefully selected sires during the same heat cycle**, known as a **multi-sire breeding**. Charlie is a red (genetically Brown Phantom carrying Parti) promising younger sire whose fertility had not yet been proven. Rather than risk losing Ally's entire breeding cycle if he wasn't successful, we also bred her to Justice, our proven sire who is an equally wonderful match for her. Here's where it gets interesting—**both males can potentially father puppies within the same litter!** 🧬🐾 This gives us the unique opportunity to potentially see two different genetic pairings from Ally in one litter. There will be **no guessing who Dad is!** Every puppy will be DNA tested through AKC to determine and document their individual sire before registration. Most importantly, regardless of which boy is the father, every puppy is **Ally's baby and an El Silencio puppy**, receiving the same exceptional care, socialization and preparation for their future family. ❤️ This wasn't an accidental breeding—it was a **thoughtful breeding decision** that allowed us to give a promising young sire his opportunity while protecting Ally's breeding cycle. **El Silencio Standard Poodles** *Thoughtful breeding. Purposeful pairings. The "Proud To Be An American" Litter Born on February 13th, 2025, this extraordinary litter of six girls and three boys is a celebration of American spirit, strength, and excellence. Each puppy is a stunning Phantom Parti or Tuxedo Standard Poodle. Whether destined for the show ring, service work, or as a cherished companion, they carry the legacy of quality, intelligence, and beauty. Due to the unexpected arrival of Amber and Justice’s beautiful litter, I’ve decided to reduce the rehoming fee for the 13-week-old puppies from Matilda and Justice. My priority has always been finding loving, responsible homes where each puppy will thrive—and sometimes that means adjusting expectations. You will not find better-bred Phantom Partis at this level of quality and value. Health, structure, and temperament remain top-tier. If you’ve been waiting for the right time to welcome one of our exceptional puppies, this may be the perfect moment. Please reach out directly with serious inquiries. 🌎 International inquiries are welcome! 🌎 We believe that the love and devotion of these exceptional puppies should know no borders. What is Puppy Culture? On the top level, Puppy Culture is a socialization and training program specifically developed for puppies, from birth through the end of their critical socialization period. It includes age appropriate protocols and lessons laid out in an organized format. The program consists of videos, books and a Workbook, but that really does not get to the “why” of Puppy Culture, or what makes it different! The Why of Puppy Culture Puppy Culture is based on the premise that the puppy always leads the learning, and puppies learn best by appropriate experiences at the appropriate time. So what we are doing is teaching you to observe the puppy, and, based on the behavioral markers you see, serve the puppy the experience or lesson that is optimal for him at that moment in time. Let the Puppy Lead the Learning By letting the puppy lead, we are: Maximizing the benefit of any given protocol or lesson Minimizing any danger of over-facing or scaring the puppy Creating confidence and self-efficacy by presenting the appropriate level of challenge that the puppy CAN do without failing or presenting a danger to himself. Finally, we teach owners to enjoy each puppy for the precious individual he is, and to bring out the best qualities in that puppy, rather than holding the puppy up to an arbitrary yardstick and labeling him as a problem if he does not measure up. Appropriate Experiences at the Appropriate Time Many puppies are labeled as having behavior or temperament issues when they are simply being served an inappropriate experience for their developmental age. This can hobble the puppy for the rest of his life with an unjust label that will cause people to treat him in an unthoughtful manner. By letting the puppy lead, you avoid this and enjoy your puppy for the wonderful individual that he is. So you watch the puppy and see what learning experience he’s ready for. And learning what those experiences are and how to effectively serve them is a big part of the Puppy Culture program. Why is this so important? Because things that are perfect in one developmental period could be useless or even detrimental in the next, and vice versa. So we teach you to know where your puppy is developmentally, and what to do right now. Yes, Puppy Culture is a “positive,” reinforcement-based program and we do not use corrections or outmoded dominance theory, but that is really all a by-product of observing the puppy and serving him the learning experience he is asking for. And I will add that our program is based on the latest science and studies on puppy and animal rearing, and we include many experts and authors in the film to further explain the logic of the program.
